We began as a high-end AI consultancy within the ETH Zurich ecosystem, operating as a “startup factory” to build bespoke solutions across industries. While profitable ($800k+ revenue), we realized we were often solving symptoms rather than root causes.
Recognizing a massive pattern of broken communication in the construction industry, we made a bold pivot: we shut down our consulting business to solve this single problem at scale.
Following a rigorous 6-month due diligence process, we earned the prestigious ETH Spin-off label. Today, backed by $6.5M in funding, we serve 150+ customers and have processed over 5 billion in construction volume across the DACH region—defining the new standard for automated tender processing.
